WSD7030AD is double channel high-side drivers with current sense analog feedback for automotive applications, the devicesare designed to drive 12 V automotive grounded loads througha 3 V and 5 V.
WSD7030AD integrates advanced protective functions such asload current limitation, overload active management by powerlimitation and overtemperature shutdown with configurablelatch-off. A Fault pin unlatches the output in case of fault ordisables the latch-off functionality.
A dedicated multifunction multiplexed analog output pindelivers sophisticated diagnostic functions including highprecision proportional load current sense, supply voltagefeedback and chip temperature sense,in addition to thedetection of overload and short circuit to ground, short to Vccand OFF-state open-load.
A sense enable pin allows OFF-state diagnosis to be disabledduring the module low power mode as well as external senseresistor sharing among similar devices.
WSD7030AD is available in DFN5x6-16L package.
